This song has a slight Christian Rock feel to it, but that was never intended in writing it. It was suppose to be hard rock but when it came to producing it my engineer put a bit too much of his style than I would have liked. It was my first experience in the studio so I did not yet know how to say no. Plus, I didn't even have an electric guitar on hand. Still, considering all of that, it turned out to be a great song. |

Story Behind the Song
The song was written in Isreal when I was busy writing music for about five hours a day. It was motivated by a lot of things the main one being the writing of my book. The lyrics are about me really and my role of instructing or leading others in the practice of Raja Yoga pranayama. It took maybe two hours to write and perhaps two weeks to record. I needed several takes because we changed the key in the middle of recording.
Lyrics
Forty long days and forty long nights,
Well that ain't a lot.
It took me forty long lives in the pouring Rain just to realize what I haven't got.
There once was a time when I didn't know you.
I was in the dark.
But now that I've found I beleive in wonders
And I don't need an ark.
For all you do, give alittle bit, tithe alittle bit.
And then you'll see the end.
If you want to know, just look me up,
Encyclopediup and see the end is love.
If you never ask you'll never get the answer.
Try me here and now,
But remember that my mind works much faster
And I'll show you how.
I found a way to live life more lively
Sitting still.
I speed my mind, slow my heart, stop my breath till I start
To feel the thrill.
Read the tome, it's a movie too, it's a groovy tune,
And then you'll see the end.
Just follow me. Not much more to go, if you need to know,
And see the end is love.
Love
