	Story Behind the Song Motivated by the lush beautiful plantlife that freely grows in the pacific northwest of the United States, God's Gift To Me was created and inspired. The lyrics to the song help us realize who really gave us this wonderful life and that nothing built, or no pleasure given by man is as good as nature has aready given. The song was recorded in two different studios. Being one of the first songs that Betty recorded, makes it special to her and those who have a personal relationship with her. Lyrics Chorus: God's gift to me are the simple and free gifts the one's that no money can buy. There's evil around us but good still surrounds us. This beautiful world, full of color and hope is one gift that God gives to me. I sit by the ocean and gaze at the sunset the peace and the love that I feel, comes from heaven above.
