	Story Behind the Song The studio where I had recorded the song kept delaying the delivery of the final song. I received the DAT hours before I had to mail it out to make the deadline for the compilation album. I listened to it, and I realized that the studio had messed up the track so bad that there were actually moments of silence throughout the song. I went home and rerecorded the song on both: a 4-track and a mini disc recorder and made it to the Post Office to overnight it all in 4 hours time. I think the rushed conditions gave the song a unique edge to it that wouldnt have been captured if I would of had more time to record and produce it. Look for MACHINES (2001 Version) coming soon !
