	Story Behind the Song The lryics are about depression and how it can hold you back. They were written in about 5 minutes. The music was based on a droning pattern that came preprogrammed in the Wavestation. Guitar was added on 16 track backwards and then played forward by flipping the tape around. The guitar work and vocals took one take, but the midi took weeks. Lyrics nothing, just nothing no waves of devotion or tormented emotion just nothing it all seems so clear so lost in the fear of nothing what comes of it all I'm taking the fall for nothing I don't need a reason for nothing I don't think I'm dreaming when I keep on screaming for nothing I've wasted the years and so many tears for nothing through darkness and flame I'm lost in the rain of nothing in moments so still I'm caught in the chill of nothing Anything.....But Nothing....
