	Story Behind the Song Inspired by long distance love and the promise the holidays may bring, this song was written in the Fall of 2000 and recorded in one day at Aventine Audio. This recording features an official Guinness Irish tin whistle and, of course, real sleigh bells on a stick. The kick drum sound is synthesized, but the "horse hoof" snare sound was produced by close-miking a cupped hand slapping my upper leg. Still sore.
