    Story Behind the Song
Situation Critical is a song about a would be player who has a change of heart when he realizes that he himself is a pawn in someone esle's game.

The music flowed beautifully together, but the lyrics were a challange. Brian K. wanted to remain consistent from beginning to end with the story, realizing that it would be very important that everyone knew just who the man was going to be with that night and why.

After two weeks, 6 1/2 hours and four takes,
Situation Critical was completed. The result is a smooth, riding beat that is sure to see it's way to the top.

Tony Morris was not the intended vocalist, he was only to lend his vocals as a guide for another artist, but after hearing his interpertation of the song, the producer decided it was enough to give the song the right feeling.

    Lyrics
    She was looking kinda innocent
She didn't know my life was hanging by a limb
she didn't know she was just a way for me to pay you back
for those nights that you were laying with him
She was going on about some guy
and how he must be out there doing her wrong
I gave her digits to my cellular and got up out
it was getting just a little too close
    (chorus)
But then a couple hours later she was on my phone
telling me how he had left her all alone
I jumped into my ride and put the gas to the floor
a half an hour later I was knocking at your door
Trying to tell you all about the reasons why
I couldn't bring myself to be another womans lie you think about that...now why don't you think about that you think about that
    (verse2)
    See I had the opportunity
It's like she saw my feelings from the inside
and when she finished sippin' on her Hennessy
she said "relax, there aint nothing goin' on we can't hide"
I could see she had a lot of pain
    the situation turned critical fast
and even though we both felt the same
There were some questions that i needed to ask/
Am I gonna stay/will it be right/are you gonna know who I was ***in' last night/will this woman know when I'm thinkin' 'bout you/will she even care is she doin' it too/
Isn't she doin' to her man/ the same thing you did to this man/ should I leave her alone/should i go home/ should I live and let cause i know it's wrong.
    (repeat chorus)
See I want you to feel the same way you made me feel
cause I just can't shake what you've done to me
So why can't i bring myself to do the things that you've done
Is it 'cause I care for you
or is 'cause I have more heart than you do
    (Repeat chorus to end)
