	Story Behind the Song This piece is a guitar driven instrumental epic evoking spirits of sand and desert. Tears and blood are all the same to the desert's unyielding attentions. This is the last song for this album, and I believe its some of my best work. So there you have it. I hope you've enjoyed my music. I will return Spring of 2001 with "Rythm & Bruise" Peace to you all... O.D. Technical Notes I spent a lot of time on getting a good drum sound this time around. Rythm is an important part of this composition. The opening guitar intro was done with a tweaked out setting on mmy Zoom GFX707 guitar pedal. I adore my Line6 amps, but I don't use them for effects. For a different sound, I hooked up my Acoustic to a Fender Acoustasonic Jr. This baby gets a very sweet clean sound with shimmering chorus. This helped me achieve the close up sound on my Takamine. Bass is flanged and run straight through the board. Both bass and kick are mixed dry and dead like my last girlfriend. (Kidding!) Lyrics Did you hear any words?? Then why are you reading this?
