	Story Behind the Song This is one of my most recent tunes. I noticed while reading this Psalm a recurrent 'theme', and began hearing a melody for it. The rest just came together. Tierney They wandered in a desert wilderness they couldnt find their way back home they were hungry and they were thirsty and their souls dried up within them But they cried out to the Lord, in their trouble and they cried out to the Lord in their distresses and He saved them! Let them give thanks to the Lord for His loving, lovingkindnesses and His wonders to the sons of men! There were those who dwelt in darkness and in the shadow of death Prisoners in chains and misery because they rebelled against the words of God Fools who have said God is dead who lived in rebellion and sin became so sick their bodies hated food so they drew near the gates of death But they cried out to the Lord...
