	Story Behind the Song "According to the hymnal 'Great Hymns of the Faith', this melody was originally from a gregorian chant. I remember playing this tune in 8th grade band (1st chair baritone horn, thank you), when it was credited as a german folk tune. Christians know the tune as 'When I survey the wondrous cross'. I use a very traditional hawaiian vamp with this song. I also created a neat little B part to complement this wonderful old tune." - Aldon
