	Story Behind the Song Dave's sister said we should write a song about our Sandbox Juliet. Like the girl we used to love when we were younger playing in the sandbox. Dave wrote a song before I could on the subject (and named the song after it). So I decided I should write a Romeo song. A song that exemplifies our band's sound at that point. It's about an old girlfriend. Lyrics I remember when we first met as friends. Then we saw another every now and then. I always had you in the back of my head. Im in love, you said. Why? Juliet, I wont forget the day we met And I bet when you get old. Ill still be your Romeo. Making out with you was taboo and bad, But the secretness made the summer we had Beyond fun. Youre the one I love more than anyone. Its true, its true, Im in love with you. Why? (chorus) Half a year went by of my so-called life, And with you I had the best and worst times. Now its gone and we move on. You let me go but I still hold on. Why? (chorus) Ill still be your Romeo.
