Story Behind the Song
In the songs, I tried to capture the spirit of the memory that I think
we all have for Diana. The inspiration for the lyrics came partly from
one of her favourite hymns, "I vow to thee, my country" which contains
some very high ideals that perhaps should be important to all of us;
for it is these kinds of ideals which show us the way to make it all
work, no matter what we have to do in life. Credits: Music/Lyrics:
John David Thrower; Vocals: Dennis Dubbin, Dana McKay, Raymond Sepe,
Sandra Graham; Performers: members of the ensemble Saigon in
Stuttgart.
