	Story Behind the Song How does one go about writing an instrumental Christmas song? We decided to give it a try. "I'm So Pissed at Santa" is the result, and we think this song will endear itself to holiday music lovers for generations to come. If you listen carefully, the main melodic theme matches the title. As the song opens, little Timmy is happily opening his packages, anticipating the Tony Hawk Signature Skateboard that he specifically asked Santa for. Imagine Timmy tearing open the packages, then as the music quiets, Timmy looks around for that special gift. As the youngster realizes he did NOT get the skateboard, the music builds with rage as he stomps off to play with his new Sony Playstation 2. We are particuarily proud of the quiet interlude, with its polyphonic guitar suite. There are at least 4 separate guitar tracks noodling around here. The ending crescendo is wonderful, and still brings chills to those who have heard the song many times. Merry Christmas from the Dirt Surfers!
