Story Behind the Song
This song is based on the traditional Arabic wedding march rhythm (elzaffa), which is played by Tony Lammam. It also incorporates the American, Spanish, and Indian influences of Ancient Future guitarist Matthew Montfort. It was written as a performance piece for Ancient Future dancer Sapphira (pictured).
